By using our website or submitting an order for products or services, you indicate your acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by, the terms and conditions set forth below.

Your continued use of the estoor.com web site following any amendments will constitute agreement to such amendments. These Terms of Service were last revised on October 29th, 2015.

Payment Options: We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Net Banking, Cash On delivery (COD) and company purchase orders on approved credit. Credit card orders shipped to a location other than your billing address may require additional verification.

Prices & Availability: Because of the fast moving nature of our industry, prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

1.     If a product is not in stock when you place your order (for example, not yet available or sold out), we will do our best to let you know when we anticipate the product will be available.

2.     Anticipated delivery dates are dependent upon vendor supplies and other factors and are subject to change.

3.     Sometimes an order may be cancelled after placing an order due to various circumstances (ex: availability of the product with seller or may be due to incorrect information provided by the seller). In such cases we will intimate you regarding the status within 24-48 hrs of purchase and will refund you complete amount if prepaid mode of payment is used.

4.     eSTOOR solely holds the right to cancel your order any time due to various reasons.

 

Please note that all purchases are final.

All products are not refundable under any circumstances.

Some products may come with a manufacturer's Guarantee.

In these instances, please directly contact the manufacturer.

Return Procedures:

Please check the package for any damages. All damages must be reported within 24- 48 hrs from the time of delivery. Any return requests after the specified time will not be accepted. If you have received a damaged package, please call eSTOOR, get RMA (Replace Merchandise Authorization) and send back the package or you can fill the cancellations and return form available on the website homepage and  it is also available in my account ( once you login to your account). Once you fill that form our customer representative team will contact you to schedule a pickup with our logistics partner. If our courier partners do not provide service in your location, you can ship it through any other courier and we will refund you the Shipping cost in the form of eSTOOR rewards or eSTOOR Coupons.

eSTOOR will replace your order with same product ASAP. If the same product is not available then we will refund the complete amount you paid for the product. If payment is made through prepaid option then the amount is directly deposited into your account within 7-14 days once the return request has been submitted. In case of COD payment we will refund you through a personal check delivered to the same address on your name.

The following conditions apply for the returns:

1.     All damages must be reported within 24- 48 hrs of delivery of the item.

2.     All returns should be unused and should be in the original conditions with all the tags.

3.     All returns should be sent with original invoice and all warranties should be returned.

Accepting your return or cancellation request is solely under the discretion of eSTOOR.

Unauthorized Returns: eSTOOR will not accept unauthorized returns.

Packages without a RMA (Replace Merchandise Authorization) will be refused upon return. We only accept returns if the product is damaged or the product doesn’t meet the specification as described in the product description.

Typographic, Photographic & Technical Errors:

Although we do our best to achieve 100% accuracy, occasionally errors & inaccuracies do occur. Should you encounter an error or inaccuracy, please inform us so it can be corrected. Products & packaging depicted may differ from stock available at time of shipment.

We reserve the right to substitute equivalent items.

Shipping Details:

At estoor, we strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. However, Because of inventory, Shipping and matters outside of our control, the usual shipping times are not guaranteed. At a minimum, we expect that all stock orders will be shipped within 15 days. If there is any delay in shipping the item we will inform you.

Our carriers include FedEx, DHL and a number of ground carriers.

We do not deliver items internationally.

Please review our shipping options and policies, and plan your purchases accordingly. Due to special package requirements we may not be able to ship products to certain areas or be constrained on our shipping options. In such cases we will inform you and if possible arrange a different mode of shipment.

Disputes:

1.     Any claims against eSTOOR relating in any way to your purchases from eSTOOR shall be submitted to eSTOOR.

2.     This agreement is governed by the Laws of India. The User hereby irrevocably consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of Courts in Hyderabad in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Website.

Governing Law:

1.     Transactions between you and estoor.com, and any disputes arising between you and estoor.com related to any interaction between you and eSTOOR, including but not limited to claims relating to the content of its catalogs and Web site, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India without regard to the laws regarding conflicts of law.

2.     If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Title - Risk of Loss:

1.     Title to items being purchased passes from eSTOOR to purchaser at the time of shipping. Customer takes on full liability for safety and validity of delivery address given to us at the time of purchase.

2.     eSTOOR will not incur any forwarding costs on shipments. eSTOOR shall not be responsible for damages or delays resulting from Acts of God, war, riot, seizure, terrorist activities, embargo or other acts or events outside of the reasonable control of eSTOOR.

Third Party Service Contracts:

eSTOOR is a reseller of various service contracts issued by and performed by third party service providers. We are not the providers of the services described in those contracts and the third party service provider is the only party responsible for performing, or arranging for performance, of those services.

1.     You agree that the third party service provider is solely responsible for fulfilment of the service obligations and you agree that you will look only to the third party service provider for any loss, claims or damages arising from or relating to the purchase and performance of those services.

2.     You also agree to release eSTOOR from any and all claims arising from or relating to the purchase and performance of the services to be provided by the third party service providers. In some states, those services may be subject to service tax. To the extent that such taxes are collected by eSTOOR they are collected solely on behalf of the issuer of the service contract in capacity as an independent sales agent for the service provider.

Additional Information:

eSTOOR policies are subject to change without any prior notice. We do our best to ship all orders as rapidly and accurately as possible. However, eSTOOR is not liable for late or delayed shipments or system failures.
