Some products may come with a manufacturer's Guarantee. In these instances, please directly contact the manufacturer.

All products are not returnable under any circumstances - please see the important exceptions outlined below.

  • Please check the package for any damages.
  • If you have received a damaged package, please call eStoor, get RMA Number and send back the package.
  • “eSTOOR” will replace your order with same product ASAP.
  • Unauthorized Returns: estoor.com will not accept unauthorized exchanges.

    Packages without a RMA Number will be refused upon return.

    To complete a exchange, you must call an eSTOOR customer service representative to obtain an RMA Number before returning your product to eSTOOR.

    For faster service, please have the following information ready when calling for an RMA Number: Customer name, order number, item number and the reason for return.

     

    Defective Returns:

    Defective returns will be accepted for exchange (only same product will be replaced) or repair, at our discretion, within 10 days from the shipment date.

    No refunds or credit will be granted after 10 days, the terms of the manufacturer's warranty apply.
